A2 Desi Ghee
Description
Our journey of making ghee begins with fresh milk from our Gir cows, who graze freely in open fields and are fed only on natural, chemical-free fodder. We do not use any machines in the process — every step is done by hand, ensuring that the sacred touch of care remains intact. The milk is first boiled and naturally cooled, then turned into curd using a traditional culture. The curd is then churned with a wooden bilona, slowly and rhythmically, to separate the butter. This butter is gently heated over a slow flame, allowing the golden ghee to emerge — pure, aromatic, and filled with natural goodness. Throughout the process, no chemicals or preservatives are ever used. Every utensil, every environment is kept spotlessly hygienic, because we believe that clean hands and pure hearts create divine food.
“Our ghee isn’t just made — it’s worshipped into being.”
